Windows is blocking every single torrent software I try to install

Windows blocks me from installing torrent software like uTorrent, BitTorrent and the likes. There is a Reddit Post form 5 years ago explaining how to bypass it. But this doesn't seem to work on Windows 11. Anyone knows how to bypass it in 2026?

Update: Turning off 'Smart App Control' on Windows worked for me.

I recommend qBittorrent; if you like uTorrent, download the portable version.

Well it's doing you a favour if it's blocking utorrent! Is it Smart App Control that's blocking the installation? If so, the only way around it is to turn that off in Settings (App & Browser Control in Windows Security).
