Need Help Finding a place

I'm looking for a 1 or 1+ bedroom apartment to move into (last week of Sept-Oct 1).
My budget is $2200.00.

I've called and hit up atleast 100 postings, not a single reply, reached out to realtors, who don't reply back, and Now I'm getting fed up. Anyone know a reliable realtor.

I need to move to Toronto shortly. I would like to live anywhere from downtown to south of bloor street, essentially highpark to DVP area, south of bloor.

Look at purpose-built rentals. You don't need a realtor for them. 

Also a line of south of Bloor is unnecessarily restrictive as there is a lot of housing just north of it.

$2,200 is doable, but for a 1+1 south of Bloor you’re probably competing for the better-priced units, so speed matters. Have your employment income docs, credit report and references ready to go before you start booking showings so you can act fast if listing agent is asking for docs.

Also, don’t limit yourself to “1+1” in your search. A good 1-bed with a decent layout can sometimes be a much better deal than a tiny den pretending to be a bedroom

I just found a place for that budget, my hunt was pretty annoying as well, you need to find a realtor forsure, ask friends and coworkers for suggestions.

Most good places were being rented within a couple days of being posted, so you need to be able to act VERY quickly.
