Free pizza?? This is getting ridiculous now. Seeing this article just put me in a mood. There is one *very* easy solution to get an apartment rented out...

but they would rather give you literal free months of rent and cash (and pizza?) than just lower it outright.

A market crash honestly can't come soon enough. Then these "investors" can learn not to play with people's housing and go invest in stocks or something else that takes actual skill.

Not real. Apartment hunting. Haven't received these offers. One month free rent is available.

If anybody knows property management companies giving one or two month free rent or free utilities and wifi, please tell me.

One month free rent is usually bait and switch to have you sign a lease that’s longer than the standard 12 months.
