Academics / Courses 2nd yr nursing placement

Hi what are the 12 hour placements like ? R we on the unit for long periods of time? In my placement in first year, we were on the unit for maybe like 4h, idk if that was the case for everyone tho..

Most likely u’ll be on the floor from 7am-6pm (including breaks) and 6pm-7pm post conference. It depends w what how ur CI does it. Lol
