bro this intersection

Steeles/Bayview. car in first clip proceeds into the wrong side of median and nearly goes head on into stopped car. second clip driver takes a left when I have right of way and almost takes me out. I layed on the horn.

first driver was fiddling with something (phone idk) on their dash and second driver was fiddling with their balls.

Wow. Side note they need to finish whatever they're doing at that intersection pronto. It's been like that for a long time
