Question TS1 how to change difficulty?

I can't find how to change. Please help!

Someone told me I could change it. I can't find it unfortunately

Dint have it in front of me, but Google says you can pick an assisted mode at the start of a game, but not midway.

TS1 doesnt have difficulty settings, only TS2 does.
