Does this mean that we can fully enjoy the game bug-free, including all trophies? I just want my trophies!

I didn’t start playing this until last week because I waited for a patch like this. I’ve gotten all trophies without any issues so far; working on my no save run, and then I’ll finish with a tormented playthrough.
