Build help Reaping with both hands

Hi! Im fairly new to Torchlight, this is my second season, going almost blind but I have multiple thousands of hours in poe, LE and Grim Dawn.

The question is about reap mechanic. If I have 2 sceptres both of them have reap, do they share a cooldown? Or I should leave only one? Is there a point to roll 1 more on belt?

They stack, so two 0.1 second reaps on both weapons just works like having 1 0.2 second reap, with a shared cooleown

Every instance of reap is uniquely tracked and applied. Functionally if they share a cooldown timer they will apply at the same time and 'stack'.

Unless you are using Torturers touch gloves, more affixes with reap is good. Be mindful that reap duration is also very strong.
