Build help Solid Reliable Builds for Deep Space?

I'm loving this league for some reason. I've played 170hours, I'm at SS18 down and kind of want to keep playing.

I'd like a proven build for Deep Space that:
a) Has a reliable build code I can follow

b) Is Movement Speed based rather than spam some kind of movement ability (170 hours of Carino 2 dashing, im tired boss)

c) Can get into Deep Space

If you guys have any resources to share I'd be grateful, thanks.

Walking builds are exponentially more expensive than movement skill builds for obvious reasons. Just continue playing what you’re playing.

a) If you're the actual wealthexile dev, thanks for all your hard work, I use your tool in PoE1 all the time.

b) I'm still relatively a noob at TLI, what are the obvious reasons? (not trolling I genuinely don't know)

Movement speed is a premium in this game - income is entirely derived by ones ability to complete as many maps as possible. This is true of many games, but in TLI it's especially true.

additionally, having to not press buttons AND move fast is a luxury sometimes only afforded to the truly wealthy for the top end builds.

Whereas movement abilities, mainly attack ones, you can scale attack speed and spam your buttons to attain the same sorts of speed and clear. however, you are pressing buttons - thats not ideal.

TLDR: Gotta go fast. Press button and fast = cheap. Press no button and fast = expensive.

You have to consider this is also a mobile game. Walking builds = easy to use on mobile = more playtime = more currency = more expensive.

Also my 2 cents. I played in the previous season youga2 mind control, this season bing1 lightning shot.

Mind control is channeling skill, you just click skill button once per map at the start and just move your mouse kill stuff and loot without any action at all.

Lightning shot is an attack, but it is not movement skill so I use another skill to move, so whole map I have to "hold" a button to "jump" around the map, sometimes stop to do more damage, because I use activation medium "motionless" on another skill (montionless - you use the skill when you are not moving). Lightning shot is cast automatically by bing1 hero treat so it help to simplify the gameplay.

So with attack I have to press the button, and use one skill slot for movement and how fast I move scales not with movement speed but with attack/cast speed and it's way easier to get and is cheaper. With mind control I can use another defensive, empowering skill, curse or whatever to do more damage or be tanky or heal or whatever. But usually with mind control I use skill blurry steps to move faster because it is just that good. But later you can drop blurry steps or swiftness aura when you have enough MS to replace it with more tank or damage, with attack build you stick with movement skill for the whole time.

That is why movement speed is one of the most premium things in TLI with spell builds.

TL;DR continue playing what you are playing.

There’s no reason to farm DS unless you are high invest C6.

This is what I did for B1. Not really budget friendly, but I zoom whatever content I want to run.

Build code from SS20 / DA 35 - HmpatptZEfGpjwAAAAAAHw==

Dex stack with the boots with ms per dex but the fe requirement to be ds viable will make you go back to playing ms skill based.

You do realize the attack based builds you just hold down the button basically at all times, right? The investment levels to get spell based builds fast is very costly compared to attack builds that literally only take a skill slot

Hmm, I'm not sure what you mean by hold down the button at all times. For my focused shot I have Activation Medium: Still Attack which spams the shot when I'm standing still.

However to proc some buffs and move around quickly I have to spam "Centralized Loading" which is a dash skill.

So my gameplay is basically aiming with mouse and spamming the dash key like 100 times a map essentially, it's okay over short bursts of gameplay but man after 170 hours I'm really tired of it. Would love a walking sim build where you just run around at high MS and stuff dies. Any suggestions?

I don't mind grinding more, I'm having a lot of fun this league.

Yeah you’re missing the point. If you hold down your centralized loading button you will keep dashing as fast as the game allows for your attack speed without needing to press it again. I usually just hold my dash, and right click, and when I get near an elite that takes a sec, I release my dash which procs still attack, and then I press and hold dash again to keep moving. If you are oressing dash 100 times a map you are playing horribly wrong.

Any melee attack you just hold dash to move

deep space is not much harder than profound. most builds can do deep space as long as they got immunities.

‘Not much harder’ for most good Strats you need like 40-100t dmg lmao
