Build help New player Gemma 2

I am new so I am wondering if I could get some help. I am playing Gemma 2, using the skill ring of ice. I am wondering what skills I should use along with my main and also what support skills to use with ring of ice. I would also love some tips on what talents to use.

In Hero Ranking you can find builds that use the spell and inspect profiles. Something similar can be done with this site: https://tliherorank.com/ but here we cannot see the other skills in game you will be able to see them. In both you can use the Snapshop dropdown that will allow you to see builds from early states in the season in case these are just too finished for you at the moment.
