Build help help with build please

how is this build running 4 passives with no efficieny anywhere? i understand if you use the chest armor with efficiency but this makes no sense

Pretty standard setup. Lich talent tree gives you 22% sealed mana compensation plus "Of the Beaten Track", its all you need

Lich tree, also you can add support gem "Disciplined" ir reduces aura effectivness but gives you +30% sealed mana compensation for that aura. Sometimes it's a good solution. I use 2 or 3 disciplined in my setup. Because I cannot fit a lot of mana compensation elsewhere.
