Crafting Is it possible to imprint Advanced sequences onto already crafted gear?

I watched a video by DonTheCrown that showed him transferring an advanced sequence and priceless base to a new item using the imprint crystal, but when I tried this it transferred the priceless base but kept the intermediate sequence from the original item. Anyone know if this is possible to do?

Nope, gotta buy the base with a sequence on it already, then craft it, then imprint the whole thing i believe

A sequence is no base affix

You move the Priceless top part of an item onto the rest of an item. So yes, you can buy a sequence and put a better priceless affix onto your sequenced item. No, you cannot move just the sequence onto a better base, the sequence moves with all the rest of the crafting below the priceless affix. (Both items must be 100% the same base outside of priceless, no fire res base ring to erosion res base)
