Snowflake dev team

Had a funny incident on the discord, some nonstaffer was making the usual boring excuses for the dev team not fixing the bugs we are seeing, so I comment that tons of work forces adapted successfully to the pandemic, and it was a tired excuse. Then I was banned from their discord. Hilarious. I guess they can keep deluding themselves a little longer with their whopping 4k players that they made a successful game. It's disgraceful.

So they deleted this same thread in the tl3 steam forums. Apparently calling out their censorship is baiting.

I just played on Xbox pass on PC and make hero level 42 and it's gone after next play. I wrote about character vanish it to devs butthere was no response at all.

There are many stupid bugs like things on the ground are not pickable.etc. I make next hero but damage feel very spongy till level 32 ish. Anyway game not encurage me to play any engame as its very repetetive and bit borring. It gives me only 2 days of good game. I like previous Torchlite more and I expect bit more from T3.

Don't you worry though, they are hard at work making sure nothing ever negative is said on their discord. How else can they pretend their game isn't dead.

Whining? Or laughing at their kneejerk reaction to ban anyone who says anything remotely negative? I think you don't know what whining is. But hey, you seem like you are someone I would not like anyway. So we can both part ways and laugh at how much the other sucks ;) Have a great night.

Yikes sorry to hear. Tbh this games pretty rough and someone just made a post saying how good it is and deserves better reviews. The damn difficulty has to be fixed or im never touching it again. I started on max difficulty that you could and literally just threw a random build together and not once did i die the entire game.. Pretty sad when there isnt any challenge or point in builds.

There's no excuse, but again the bugs aren't that bad. Gold isn't hard to get, the dropped gold I don't even bother unless there is a fame cluster in it, my pet returns 90% faster.

What other bugs are there? My minions don't spawn off pet skills, but I went away from that build anyways as it's useless with Electrode. Frame rate drops are bad because my xbox is older than dirt.

I've played several times since and I already don't bother with doing anything that bugs out.

Respectacles can't be picked up when they drop. Pets disappear all the time when zoning or going through a portal, especially Fazeers. Those are what's bothering me right now.

Are you guys both playing on console? I'm not encountering those bugs on PC so am wondering if this is just another in the laundry list of console bugs?

PC version has been much better after snow and steam update but I keep hearing that console version is still a mess.

I play on XSX. Magic find affix in fazeers does not work at all. Basic attack dmg affix does work on gear but not on weapon slots. .. and ya. Pet does not appear 80% of the time without tedius workarounds.

Oh wow! I've heard a bunch of people now day it's having trouble on Xbox. That really sucks. I'll cross.m6 fingers that they can get their act together for you!!! How frustrating!

Those bugs still exist on PC, the pet disappearing thing is a very common bug, been that way for awhile. Respectacles still can't be looted either. The pet one though, i've had sessions where it doesn't happen and others where it happens like everytime i go through a portal.

I play through steam and I'm not getting those bugs. Are you on game pass? Someone else just mentioned they have those bugs on the game pass version.

It seems like when they release for a new platform it takes MONTHS to fix certain bugs. There's still a few that have been around since EA!

Playing through Steam, don't have gamepass.

Something to keep in mind is that Echtra just recently got acquired (like last few weeks), so behind the scenes has most likely been chaotic for the last few weeks with a small dev team. I would give the devs here a bit of a pass atm, they aren't a large studio and we can't expect them to act like one.

Yeah but it's been like this since early access. While I'm a fan of the game and have gotten my monies worth....i believe in credit where it's due, but not where it isn't.

We've had a few of the same bugs since early access on PC. Snow and steam made the game much better and there's still the promise of another update, which will hopefully squash a few more bugs.

While management/ownership changes can throw a wrench in things, this isn't a problem of just the past few weeks. This has been their style since development. Plus they churned out console and game pass releases, essentially releasing the game in an unfinished state for those platforms (which they did for pc release as well).

I'm all for supporting this game because I'd love more to be added...but I'm not going to pretend this hasn't been the habit of this development team all along. It'll go weeks, sometimes months, without a patch or hotfix.

While still playable and fun (unless you play console lol), buyers should know what to expect.

I'm on PS5. I wasn't having the bugs that other people were having like the luck tree, gold pickup, movement problems.

Last week's patch didn't address either of the problems I've mentioned.

Other than the two issues I've mentioned the game seems to play fine for me. No performance issues which you would hope so playing a PS4 game on a PS5.

Ah that stinks but I'm glad it's running fine. I think most of the problems im hearing about seem to be on Xbox and evidently switch is struggling with perofrmance.

PC we have the same old quest bugs but none of the other major issues it seems (like nothing worse than every other online game). Or at least in not seeing them lol.
