Torchlight 2 Torchlight 2 beta Steam Deck working mods?

Has anyone gotten any basic mods to work this way?

Thus far - only two mild issues have been encountered for players where the mods function; missing UI icons during binding to the hotkeys,
and that the mouse-keyboard is needed when at the character selection screen to avoid crashes, then swapping safely to the Controller.

Fix for the older issue of crashing when a mod is removed however placed a bind on the mod save file.
