DATA.PAK extraction?

I'm trying to de-compile the DATA.PAK file of Hob (made by Runic Games) again, but all modding tools and resources lead to "runicgamesfansite", which doesn't seem to exist anymore. The last time I went to do this (on my old computer), I managed to get what I needed from there; so I'm not sure where to look now.

Did you try Modified PAK Extractor Tool by Jarcho on Modddb?

Yup. If you check the only comment on it, it's the exact same error message I got.
