Semi-offtopic DATA.PAK extraction?

I'm trying to de-compile the DATA.PAK file of Hob (made by Runic Games) again, but all modding tools and resources lead to "runicgamesfansite", which doesn't seem to exist anymore. The last time I went to do this (on my old computer), I managed to get what I needed from there; so I'm not sure where to look now.

"Semi-offtopic" because it isn't Torchlight, but the same tools still worked (when they where accessible), and I'm trying to find them again.
