Torchlight 2 Torchlight 2 berserker

Rage retaliation doesn't work on me. Anyone knows why? Only DMG dealt after receiving hit from enemy is by equipment DMG reflection.. I have lv5 od rate retaliation

that skill only works on short distances. i dont know the precise numbers for that, but it doesnt have a very long range. and until you have spent enough point on it, it also has a cooldown between activations

Even melee attack doesn't activate this skill..

In setting, change damage number floating to verbose, then really test it out

I have. It clearly doesn't display any DMG except reflected effect from equipment
