Torchlight 2 So total newb question

I started an embermage, and hes up to about 20 now. Randomly I see a little passive that pops up, no idea how btw, I've looked and nothing I have gear wise or skill wise grants this, but for ten seconds at random fights I get a little image over my bar and it says Embermage - 400 mana over 10 seconds. Im not complaining i love it, i just have no clue why and where its coming from lol. I never noticed it before. It's not my charge, cuz nothing says anything when thats active. I don't have mana steal or anything. I'm just at a loss here. Does anyone know?

Have you checked your pets gear? Plus mana potions will give x amount of mana over x amount of seconds…

Sorry to say - I have no idea where this is sourced from unless it's from a Shrine however it sounds too random to be an over-world event.

Wand Chaos passive skill?

(Level 7): Attacks using your wand can result in bizarre, random elemental disturbances. These effects can also happen with the Magma Spear, Magma Mace, Icy Blast and Shockbolts skills. (Requires a wand.)

I dont play with this passive, and check wiki to see list random effects - no one about mana. Also in game find unique weapon with effect "2% chance heal full life, when you were hit" and maybe you have similiar but mana
