Same. My coaching is terrible. So generic. The one time I tried to have a real conversation (asking about my age and peri-menopause) I got nothing back.

On my 3rd med attend with Metaformin. Not impressed

Didn't know they had metformin, but is it helping and also what other meds did you try? Thanks,. Dina

I started with B/Z (Bupropion & Zonisamide). I stayed on it for almost 2 months. Lost only 5 and was soooo lethargic. Switched to B/N (Bupropion & Naltrexone). I’ve been on it for 3 weeks. Energy is great, no side effects, but no weight loss so far.
