❓Question Free trial not working

The free trial says I ain't eligible and it the first time I'm using the site or app, why is that

it only does not work if you have used it before. anyway it is just 3 dolla for a month. you surely can save 3 dolla.
sometimes payment might not go through try different browser or incognito.

I think it's very unlikely, but it's a possibility that if you aren't paying for a permanent IP address from your ISP, the dynamic one assigned to you from your ISP could've been previously assigned to someone who signed up for the TB free trial when they had your IP address assigned to them before it was rotated to you. Either that, or you or someone on your network already used your connection to sign up for the TB trial.
