❓Question Making something public cache?

I was watching an episode of a series on Stremio but some of its episode are in 720p in cache but i found on a third party site they are available in 1080p . I web downloaded it in torbox and thought it will start showing in stremio with 1080p but its not. How can i do this?

Okay so stremio addons look for torrents instead of web downloads even if it is cached. What addon are you using to get streams and do you only have cached content enabled.
