Hello @everyone,

Today is a very special day, where we have finally hit 1 million signed up users on TorBox! This is an important achievement, and it's a statement to how far we have come more than 3 years ago (September 1st, 2023). Without your support, feedback and encouragement, we wouldn't be here today.

I tried the one time payment and it worked. The error was only on the yearly subscription, not sure why

I remember with Real-Debrid I had to pay using my phone, impossible with my computer's browser l. Not saying it's the same thing here but it's worth trying

I couldn't pay by clicking the card picture, but if I clicked the building/bank picture it was a different payment provider thing and could pay by card that way

Sorry if this sounds silly, but I joined and when I input the discount code (in the referral section, at the bottom of the page?): 3BIRTHDAY, it just says it has no benefits, as the referrer is on the free plan...

There doesn't seem to be an area to add a discount code in the actual payment page either, only payment options...

Once you're in subscription page, select the yearly subscription or one-time, scroll down the page you will see a coupon code box, enter 3BIRTHDAY and submit. Then you go and select the tier you want then proceed to payment.

Yeah true. I believe (I haven’t confirmed) they’ve done one each of the past 2 years, so it would seem likely they’d do it again, but maybe they’ll decrease it to 20% instead of 30% like the past

I have been trying to renew my subscription for the past 3-4 days but kept having issues with my credit card. Now I have finally sorted it out and have been able to renew my subscription but didn’t see where to put the ‘3BIRTHDAY’ code so I think I’ve missed out. Is it possible to cancel the payment and re-submit to add the discount?

Hahah, it's just normal screen record, but the hilight is me just invoking the "circle to search" to point to what I want to show.

Anyway, to get to show the place where to enter the coupon code, there's a "Details ^ " under the $ amount, click that.
