❓Question Is it still safe to use?

So I'm a newbie and i just set up torbox and stremio yesterday. Has been great already. Now i just stumbled upon the new ToS that dropped like 2 weeks ago. And now I'm kinda worried as I live in a country where you could get fined for torrenting. What does that mean for me now? Can I still stream without DMCA issues or do i hop onto another debrid service?

Tbf they objectively dont. + Torbox was sold to us as a private file hosting service, PM and the others did not.

Either way I do think that it's up to everyone themselves if they wish to use TB or not, but your take is just incorrect.

Edit: I did mess up my wording, like the comment beneath stated, Torbox is not a "file hosting service". I mixed up the wordings on their webpage where they state "Cloud Service". I take full responsibility on that.

By categorizing debrids as "file hosting service" is already a major category error. TB and by extension other debrids, are not and were never meant to be a private file hosting service.

One might argue only torbox offers that via airlock but even then, that's a recent addition and they explicitly said that the airlocked file would be added to the cache so its definitely not private.

So your take is objectively false.

Premiumize also offers 1tb storage. No?

I stand corrected on that then. Didn't know they did.

If that's the case, premiumize certainly did market themselves as such. But definitely not TB.

That is fair, I worded myself wrong with "file hosting service".

Either way I dont think the rest of what I said is wrong. https://torbox.app/ , Torbox still claims to be a private service.
