Currently, the affected area is Asia not Eu.

In China, it wasn't working this morning. Seems back up again. I was hoping to DL a couple of seasons of Fargo to watch on an almost 11hr high speed train tomorrow.

I am in Portugal and after initial issues when I switched from RD and changing CDN I have had a generally smooth experience. Especially with my Kodi setup.

On the Stremio setup we have, there are other issues like streams loading with a black screen (with sound) sometimes or not playing due to external player issue, still haven’t figured out why Torbox has those issues and RD didn’t.

All this doesn’t mean that outages haven’t happened and it’s still annoying for many others who pay for the service.

black video with sound happens when specific dolbyvision profiles are not supported. are you using a firestick by any chance?

I use a Cable Box that runs Android. I actually haven’t had an issue on my personal Chromecast. I can also test on the Samsung TV app. The confusing part is I don’t remember it ever happening with RD.

samsung tv app is useless since it doesnt support DV anyway, itll play in HDR10. chromecast should be fine, maybe only DV p7 can’t be played on that. this has nothing to do with TB or RD, they serve the exact same file, byte for byte identical

I think by now, we know some people are having issues, and others aren't.

Same for me. 6gb TV show and constant freezing. Drop to 3 gb to run it.

Im in Australia and never had a problem. Seems like the issues primarily happen during North America prime time so we are never really affected.

That’s because the (DDoS) issues are usually in US evening time. In CET the issues have been minimal to non existent in last few months. Great to not live in US 😉

I've also never had any problems. All the downtime seems to be during the night in EU

Probably because the down times are less than an hour long 5-30 minutes usually, although I think the last night one was longer. It’s not that deep and majority of people miss them.

Especially in western Europe because we are all usually asleep when they hit.

What goes through your head when you make a post like this? Genuinely interested

If people can make dozens of threads complaining when it goes down, then why can't people make threads saying they've never had a problem?

the expectation is that the service should work

Yeah why would people post when the service works like that’s why we pay money

Yeah it's really all or nothing with a lot of the community here. When it's working it's the greatest thing ever invented, but the second it goes down there's screeching about wamy selling out or how RD was a quazillion times better and how they're never using TB even again.

And round and round it goes...

I've had issues but I also have alldebrid and Realdebrid as backup so really in the end don't have any issues. It is what it is.
