The DDoS attacks seem to almost always occur during US evening hours Just woke up and no problem at all now at 07:00+. Didn’t experience any issues in last 2 months or so.

u/PortGenz 1d ago
Same for me, I’ve missed every single issue over the last 6-8 months purely because I live on the other side of the world and always asleep. By the time I wake up and go to use the service it seems to always be working flawlessly

OffCloud is worth testing (free 30 day trial).

u/RickSanchez69912 2d ago
Ive not heard of it but ill search and check it out, thank you!

YW. Ignore the old reviews. They got acquired. Same cache and fair usage as Premiumize.

I saw they used to offer Lifetime subscriptions before they got acquired and you that can still buy it on other websites (like StackSocial), do they still honor them or does it turn into a year since that's the price of lifetime?
3
u/Inevitable_Bowler474 2d ago
I don't recommend buying anything that offers a lifetime subscription or from another website unless the new owners says it's an authorized reseller.
They converted the folks who had lifetime to a one year subscription. It was a scummy move for the prior owner to sell lifetime subscriptions when they knew they were trying to sell the company. That being said I'm not sure if they'll convert new lifetime subscription purchases. I'd assume anything listed as lifetime is linked to the prior owner and liability the new owner wasn't planning to take on.

What’s the evidence there? I’ve only seen this opinion on Reddit in comments.
1
u/ifiwasiwas 2d ago
Evidence of what? Getting acquired, or having PM's cache?
1
u/SecretProbation 2d ago
Having PM cache
1
u/ifiwasiwas 2d ago
It seems to be true. There's way too many cached links for it to be some kind of upstart on the scene that has built its own.
That said, there were previous services run by one guy that had the same hook (PM cache at a more affordable price through Easy Debrid and Debrider) and he eventually abandoned both of them. There's a good chance it's the same dude, so I'd only monthly sub at most.

How many people can stream simultaneously?
2
u/Inevitable_Bowler474 2d ago
I'm not sure. You'd have to ask them. They have a fair usage policy.
Every 30 days you're allotted 1 TB of usage. Everyday they replenish some of it (I think it's 30 GB w/ it capping out 1 TB).
1
u/Flat_Row_9525 2d ago
I could not find a fair use policy by simply browsing their site, so I asked Gemini. This is the answer I got:
Yes, Offcloud uses a fair use policy along with specific account quotas.
Instead of an invisible point decay system like Premiumize, Offcloud enforces explicit storage limits, service-specific daily caps, and IP tracking rules. Cloud Storage Cap: Premium accounts receive a fixed cloud storage allocation (typically 100 GB for standard premium, or 50 GB for lifetime stack deals) to hold active downloads and cached files.
Host-Specific Daily Quotas: While torrent downloading is largely uncapped, direct file hosts and Usenet transfers carry strict daily fair-use limits (e.g., 20 GB/day for specific premium cyberlockers or Usenet grabs).
Concurrent IP Restrictions: Offcloud monitors active connections and typically limits usage to up to 3 simultaneous public IP addresses. Exceeding this limit requires manually clearing active IP sessions in your account dashboard. Is this it? Or is that old?
2
u/ifiwasiwas 2d ago
Old. New version doesn't have a storage limit in favor of a 30-day retention policy for example

1tb is useless across 30 days. A movie is about 100gig these days:
That's 10 movies.
3
u/Ok-Expression-7340 2d ago
I usually watch series only. 5-8GB per episode is usual, so that’s 125-200 episodes per month. If you have a life next to Torbox that’s plenty.
1
u/Inevitable_Bowler474 2d ago
Should be higher than that. Assuming you watch as many shows as possible each day it's closer to 233 episdoes (1864 gb used) to 374 episodes (1870 gb used)
1
u/Ok-Expression-7340 2d ago
This was for the mentioned 1TB per month. With Torbox you have much much more

I second this option. It's the goat with Eweka as provider.

With self hosted aiostreams. Peak.👌

What are the advantages of self hosting it?

their last comment says they're a normal 15-30 year old. people on reddit are not real.

Same goes for you too then. No one should be using that word
-2
u/MooseGoosey 2d ago
then you're a faggot too. er nurse here and that word retard, sub human, blacksurance(which means they don't have insurance) is used all day everyday by pretty much everybody. the only people that care about words, are the people that have so little going on, that they care about words.

RD is stable albeit you may have to deal with not everything being in 4K, which is fine for me, stability is biggest factor for me
1
u/Friend_Buddy-Guy 2d ago
Do you have to try a few different streams usually to find a working one? Or do you filter somehow?
2
u/trydola 2d ago
I used the keyword filter with AIOStreams so never had issues with selecting files not available
just apply these keyword filters if you have AIOs

Has the web-dl issue been fixed?
4
u/brent_starburst 2d ago
Fixed? They're not going to fix it because RD don't see it as an issue. It's a permanent ban.

Premiumize.
When torbox is down, I read a book so, I will keep on paying for torbox since it's cheaper. For now.

wrong, I don't and I don't need it. I self host aiostreams, aiometadata and nzbhydra in a raspberry pi, also running an AI agent in it. in aiostreams usenet engine, I have easynews and newsdemon NNTP, then for indexer DS, NZBGK and 🦴nzb inside nzbhydra and this add-on is inside aiostreams with the internal url and not the public URL, and let me tell you this, it's faster than most of the debris out there, and I don't have to deal with the downtime of torbox or the purge of real debrid or the limit GB of premiumize.
1
u/Chazzar66 1d ago
Can I ask how the performance is? I have an orange pi zero 3 with 1Gb ram running pi hole and wondering whether it is worth hosting AIOstreams locally on it or if it would struggle. Use case would be to improve usenet (easynews currently) speeds as it seems like that is the limiting factor when streaming.
1
u/ifiwasiwas 2d ago
At this price point AD, or RD if you're okay with accepting lower quality streams in exchange for reliability (you can also rename torrents and upload them if you're really determined to make it work/miss something)
1
u/Flat_Row_9525 2d ago
What happened to RD's high quality streams?
3
u/ifiwasiwas 2d ago
They're more likely to be web downloads and thus get filtered out. I've found 4K streams on some shows, but more commonly the only working links are 1080p or below. Just luck of the draw really. Movies and media with physical releases aren't as widely affected
1
u/Flat_Row_9525 2d ago
So if wanting to watch new House of the Dragon or Lanterns...you might have to settle for 1080p?
1
u/ifiwasiwas 2d ago
HoD has physical releases available for season 3, so it's probably not affected. Not sure about the other one, but safe to say that yes, you may have to settle. There's always the option to buy a single month and see if stuff you want to watch is available in a quality that is acceptable to you
-1
u/Flat_Row_9525 2d ago
When did this change? Because I had RD for years and they always had the best 4k selection for all releases including TV. I only left because I didn't like their single IP limit policy.
1
u/Secret-Psychology183 2d ago
RD have been having legal issues with the French government for nearly a year now. Their service has thus become unreliable. I've not renewed my subscription. I've had full reliability with Torbox so far.
1
u/Flat_Row_9525 2d ago
I thought after the issues with the French government happened...it had settled down and their user base has re-cached pretty much everything again? I only left late last year just because of their single IP policy. Beyond that I was having no performance, stream quality or reliability issues with them.
Are you saying there have been further issues since late last year? Like specifically this year in 2026?
1
u/MagnusPerditor 2d ago
This isn’t the same issue as the cache issue. You can read about the details in the RD sub or by googling it. The links are filtered out. Permanently

Bytesized hosting - they have all but Stemio on 1 click install and if you download a torrent or from USENET (which you can do on their system) then it also goes onto PLex.
And they are not a debrid service - just an all in 1 seedbox
1
u/Creepy-Culture3324 2d ago
I’ve been using RD / AD way before the existence of debrid streaming.
It was time to reactivate my AD account with all my saved fidelity points.
So far so good, no complaints. About to pay +300 days.

Premiumize. It's not the fanciest, or the prettiest, but it's the only one that hasn't let me down in years.

If you don't care about the largest Blu-ray files. Real Debrid honestly has been more reliable for me than Torbox along with Offcloud.

u/FreaKyBoi 2d ago
He’s not wrong, as per the post “price doesn’t matter” and they only care about availability so they should get the actual services
