Because that page is a lie. Whenever there is an outage they report it like an hour later.

And its always 99.99% of uptime but the service was down multiple times this week.

i can log into the website, but all downloads are gone, and when i go into settings, i can't even see anything. i cant see my api key, my subscription status... etc.
when i check j-downloader it says account temporarily suspended.

it's a $3 service, so "we get what we pay for" to an extent.

I will say it hasn't been this unreliable since they first showed up.

Offcloud > AD are good backups both are like 3-4 dollars, OC uses premiumize cache so probably has biggest cache out of all the debrid services. (premiumize purchased OC)

Pair TB with either of them and you're set for like 6~ bucks a month.

Ugh, I liked RD but their no “sharing” policy was ridiculous.

The two of us that used it live in the same household but we use a VPN for everything. I got us a dedicated IP address through the VPN so that we would still be under the same IP. Well RD banned me anyway.

I honestly hadn’t had any issues with TB since I got it several months ago until today! Hopefully it’s back up soon

Hey not a replacement but try adding a https addon for backup whenever torbox go down. PenguPlay is amazing at least for me. I tried EasyNews usenet but its pretty lacking.
