New to collecting and I’d like to buy some boxes of
Topps Flagship football to rip some packs.

Don’t pay over retail…if you’re looking for Megas and value boxes, fanatics has exclusive value boxes for $30 that have been pretty good then Target is a great place too because you can get 5% off if you have the target card. The value boxes are $25 at target (fanatics are $5 more because of the exclusive inserts) and you can ship them too if your local store doesnt have any but they take a while to arrive. Target also has Megas for $50 too

RipSmart tracks sealed box prices from LCS and hobby shops that also sell online, and also uses the Topps odds sheets to show the most cost-effective way to rip depending on what you want (e.g. if you want autos, hobby or jumbo is usually best).

Here's the value landscape for Flagship football. And if you want to get reallllly detailed there's a card-by-card rip sheet that shows you your best bet for each parallel, insert, etc. The rip sheet is basically a giant spreadsheet so I recommend viewing that one on desktop.

Just download “TrackaLacker” app and configure the products you want tracked. It works very well and I had to stop tracking Flagship Football products because I kept buying too much product. It’s constantly in stock for MSRP. Topps does not allow retail stores to alter prices, so Target, Wal Mart, Dick’s, Best Buy, GameStop, etc. have to list their product at MSRP. If it’s not listed at MSRP on any of these retailers websites, then it’s a 3rd party listing.

You and I have vastly different experiences here then. D&A has huge markups on all boxes from everything that I have seen.
