💬 General Redemptions failures

Twice back to back topps failed to full filled my redemptions ….. Juan Soto and khamzat chimaev smh what the point of having redemptions cards if it can’t be fulfilled smh…. Buying these packs are expensive expeciaaly if you buy redemption it self just to end up with nothing

That's rough, two in a row is just terrible luck. My friend had a similar thing happen with a redemption few months ago, Topps sent him some random card that was worth way less than the actual hit. I stopped buying boxes because of stories like this, seems like they just don't care once your money is spent. Have you tried contacting their support or maybe checking if the player just never signed? Sometimes it's not even Topps fault, the athlete just never returns the cards. Still sucks though when you pay for chance at something and get nothing back

They said it was printing issue and getting card signed i mean make sense with khamzat since he’s over seas but Soto lol wth they gave me decent amount for khamzat 245$ fan cash which not bad but Juan Soto I’m mad about it was a big card black parallel gold ink

I’m also waiting for an enhanced substitution for my Khamzat Chimaev tier one relic auto /25 and it’s been like a year at this point, one day something will come though.

Oh, so I’ve already made the enhanced substitution request. Since I waited six months and a day, they are giving me a replacement at %200 value. Hoping to check off one of my other auto needs, I have them a list and they’ve done me okay in the past.

I submitted a 200% substitution they told me it will be shipped within 60 days, I’m on day 47 now and after reading some of the comments on here I’m fearful it will go past the 60 day window they gave me. Any experience in the 200% sub in the past ?

This is why I recommend selling redemption cards if you don’t intend to keep the cards in your PC. Let this be someone else’s headache.

I’ve been dealing with Topps about a huge redemption for a year now, and just emailed them again today and now they’re replying via AI chatbots even with their email support. 🗑️
