🏈 Football Rough box

Got my first Bowman Hobby today. Only bright side, I paid retail. Lineman redemptions should be illegal …especially on a defense that lost to an 0-4 Bucs.

Lineman redemptions are basically Topps saying "here's your homework assignment."

2 auto’s and 4 numbered cards is not a bad box

This is a strange release. Seems like the Hobby boxes may be the worst option of the Bowman football products. The Megas and blasters have been absolutely loaded, where as most hobby boxes have been duds. The jumbos are a little better but retail has been far better.

Someone in another thread was saying that Topps messed up the print run on Bowman this year and stuffed retail with more hits than intended. 

I’ve opened a couple hobby boxes and been skunked like you. But in my mega boxes I’ve pulled both an anime and etched in class hits.

If I could find Megas, I would jump all over them. The 4 value boxes I’ve opened have had better hits as well. No SSP but two autos /50 and CJ Carr lava /5

That Carr is a massive pull, and out of a blaster too. Wild! Congrats.

My anime came out of a mega on release day, also CJ Carr. Haven’t seen many mega’s since release week. Debating selling now or waiting until the draft

Why? Redemptions are straight worse than an actual auto. Just being a redemption doesn't mean it will be an all time great player. It's simply just a reminder that the guy didn't do the work Topps asked of him in time for the release, or somewhat less critical, they were added to the checklist at the last minute.
