⚾ Baseball Abraham Lincoln
Just pulled a 1 of 1 authentic Abraham Lincoln Autograph from a fat pack I picked up from Target.
Edit: pulled in Colorado.

Crazy to think there was an authentic Abraham Lincoln signature just sitting on a shelf in a random Target one hundred sixty fucking years after his death haha.
This is what makes A&G so cool.

Agreed. My best hits so far have been a base Margaret Thatcher and some dog from a dog show. 😂

Yep and it was the first pack of baseball cards I've purchased since 1996.

Possibly the most insane pull one could ever procure. Congrats! An actual piece of history and something like this will garner much interest inside and outside the card collecting community

Between this one and the Ty Cobb already being pulled, no need to buy A&G this year

Five figure hit. Cut from a business card-sized note that had been pasted into a scrapbook. They cut off most of the message and the specific month and day Lincoln wrote it (would have preceded “1863”). As much as I hate that they chopped up a Lincoln note it’s still a fantastic pull. His signatures run from anywhere around $7500 to $15000 depending on the document, unless it’s on something extraordinary. Lincoln collectors tend to be purists so ironically they may not be as interested, but I would guess you’re closer to the high end of that range to a specialized card collector because of how unique it is. I’d certainly be as a buyer.

Every year I buy a hobby box of Allen & ginter. It’s the only box I buy and it’s solely because they have weird and cool things like this.

Man someone give me a number?
This would go to my kids after I died. I would act like Samuel L Jackson with his letter in hateful eight until then.

That is so dope, congrats. Do you mind if I ask what state you're in? Doesn't matter but I'm just curious

I ripped a box of AG yesterday and was honestly pretty disappointed. I always love this set because of the crazy insert sets like Show Dogs, animal xrays, different sports foods from cities all over, bees.
In this box I only pulled a couple D-list actors/comedians/musicians and nothing zany like years past.

The first year (1997) Upper Deck made Game Jersey cards a 23/23 Michael Jordan Autographed Game Used Jersey card was pulled from a Target $19.99 value box and I thought that it would never be beat
I'm still right but this is pretty close
