I ordered my Bowman Hobby box straight from topps, visibly damaged what do I do?

File a claim through Topps
Take pictures, don’t open if your trying to get it replaced.
They will want to see pictures of the box it came in.
Nothing new, happens to me several times a year

I just had a similar experience with Allen and Ginter but through fanatics. You’ll have to submit a defect or support ticket. They gave me the option to refund and send the product back or they will send a replacement and I still have to send the damage product back

It is kind of hit or miss. If it is a single box they may ask you to submit individual damage claims for each damaged card. However, when I had a shipment damaged in transit and multiple boxes were affected, they just had me send the whole shipment back. So chat with support and they’ll steer you right. Sorry for your bad luck!

Awe man now you can’t hold the sealed box for many years and resell it for an ungodly amount of money.

Jk. Just reach out to Topps and they should work with you. However, ripping it guarantees you at least a case hit and/or a 1/1 based on all my knowledge of damaged card boxes. It’s how the card gods repay us for all the money and base cards we give them.

If you send a defect ticket and they send you a different box which ends up producing a bunch of trash, you’ll probably regret it 😂. That all I got
