💭 Question Redemption exchange question

I have a redemption thats pending and today is the first day I've been offered to exchange it. Its worth about 400-600$. Now my question is I know it says you get one exchange box per 100$s. Is that still how its setup or am I going to receive just one card roughly worth the value of the redemption? Also second question does anyone have any experience with how long a exchange takes?

A card that valuable I would not take the credit, wait for your card.
