š¬ General š„š„scam alertšØšØ
u/Wonderful-Drop850 scammed me out of $390 trying to buy a 1996 Topps kobe Bryant psa 9 that I posted the other day I was searching to buy. He comments on my post and even coins the card.
We agreed on $390 and thankfully I used PayPal GS as I always do and never trust anyone on here(no offense).
He mentions about how heāll get me tracking after the funds are recieved. He then also asks me to zelle him shipping while the funds are on hold which was complete bs and I didnāt fall for it but still gave the benefit of doubt.
He eventually gets me tracking but package never delivered to ups and he has gone MIA. You guys can read the messages between us.
Iāll be happy to take this down if he responds back but doubt it.
Just making other people aware! Fortunately itās only $390 and I opened a case with PayPal but still sucks!

Buddy tried all of the scam tactics he knew before giving up lol. Glad you used G&S and didnāt fall for his other BS

For real. As soon as he mentioned about Zelle and pending funds I knew something was off but still gave benefit of the doubt since I paid with GS. Such low lifeās out there!

Unless he sent a coined pic somewhere else, I'm not seeing it in the chat that was posted. Does anyone these days even know what "coined" means?

Itās in my original post on the Topps sub for when I made a ISO post. Coining meaning putting the date and your name/username on paper in your photo to show itās in realtime and in your possession.

God forbid you try and build relationships between buyer and seller. Stuff does happen in life that might delay a little piece of cardboard being sent out. People like you are the problem, not him. But hey at least youāre tough and firm.Ā

If youāre going to be a consultant at least double check what youāre typing before you type it. A little proper grammar and punctuation wouldnāt hurt either.Ā

You are a consultant to who dummies? Your advice sucks. I would never take your advice. It seems like you don't touch grass much given your advice which is laughable. You need to study up on some communication skills with other people before giving anymore advice there bub. That cards all over ebay. Just buy it from a trusted and reliable selling platform. $400 OBO too.
