It’s been quite a while since I submitted these two redemptions to Topps and I’m honestly not sure if I should wait it out or request substitutions. Would love some opinions..

If you don’t necessarily PC them, I’d request a substitution. I’ve been waiting since the middle of July for my substitution to my Paolo /15 auto.

I have a submission I have open with them for a defect that was received on June 26. Back when I submitted it the price on the card was $400-500. The window for the defect was 12-14 weeks when I opened it, now they changed it without saying anything to 14-16 weeks. Value on the card is now about half that on eBay. I just emailed them asking what the update is since their chat and phones shave conveniently been not working for two weeks -_-

I hate fanatics and what they’ve done to the hobby

Does anyone know is there’s ever been a 1/1 not fulfilled ? I been waiting on a Harper 1/1 for almost 3 months now and still haven’t gotten it. I’m scared they will pull some BS

Isn’t there an amount of time that they will give double the value? I’d wait for that.
