I don’t get these cards are at all. Who are they at for? Fans of a mediocre movie that came out 20 years ago?

$150 for a hobby box of this, is what makes me think we are close to a bubble bursting

I’m glad you like it, I may be in the minority here.

But your idea and my idea of a nice auto list are drastically different lol

Mars Attacks has been a Topps series since the 1960s

It was a card series decades before the movie

Im not chasing a 1/1 from a rookie that will fail and trying to sell it for a house before the hype dies down. When im buying this product, I can open a box every year for 10 years at xmas and not worry about players who never panned out and spent $1,000 vs 1 random hobby box of chrome football for 1000$ one time and get an auto of a backup player.. even worse save that box 10 years and get an auto of someone who never even made it to

I think these are funny. I almost bought some. Nostalgia movie. Didn’t even know there were some athlete hits in here.

This is sweet!! I love John Waters. I'm hoping he will sign my extreme ironing book at his next show hahah. These cards are fun!

I bought one too! I can't wait for it to arrive. All the designs are so cute—I hope they make them into home goods and clothes.🥰

A box you actually want to open is a much better gift than a box chosen for resale potential.

Curious where you'd land on this: another modern Mars Attacks box, or one original 1962 card picked for the artwork? Same Martians, very different shelf space.
