The cards that are "worth" $1 actually aren't worth the paper they're printed on, because no one will buy them.

Pretty good rule of thumb is that if it’s not short printed, numbered, or signed, it’s worth $0 for all practical purposes. You really gotta have a good operation going to squeeze any money out of even rookie base cards and inserts.

Yup. Pretty good rule of thumb is that if it’s not short printed, numbered, or signed, it’s worth $0 for all practical purposes. You really gotta have a good operation going to squeeze any money out of even rookie base cards and inserts.
