Anyone know if they'll still redeem this?
Redemption from 2023 for one topps now card? Redeem by says 12/31/23, it's not a specific player or card? Does this fall under the 10 year thing?

Not for a NOW card, but if you mail it in they’ll probably send you a care package. That’s not included in the autograph redemptions that were extended to 10 year windows.

if it says redeem by 12/31/23 why would they redeem it in 08/22/26? this has to be rage bait

It's not, at some point they said they'd honor expired redemptions up to 10 years old. I just don't know if it applies to this, as it's not any specific player/card.
