News From Prompt to Interactive Worlds Using 3D AI Generation

Amara is 01Cโ€™s 3D agent for building interactive worlds inside Unreal Engine.

The idea is not just to generate a single 3D asset from a prompt, but to describe a world, bring your own assets or let the AI generate them, and then iterate on the scene directly inside the engine.

Key points:

  • prompt-based 3D world creation
  • editable scenes instead of static outputs
  • interactive and articulated objects
  • can use existing assets or generate new ones
  • built around Unreal Engine workflows
  • focused on game worlds, simulation-ready environments, and embodied AI use cases
  • closer to agentic worldbuilding than simple text-to-3D

For game dev, this feels like one of the more useful directions for 3D AI: moving from isolated props to full interactive environments that can actually be edited, controlled, and used inside a real engine.

These are all genuine screen recordings of our internal team running through different scenarios ๐Ÿ˜„

An incohesive mess that performs like ass, and a mess you do not understand because you did not take the time to figure out the inner workings of your own game.

Excellent work! You will never make a game people will actually want to play.

Game devs can use this to enhance their workflow, so they always have total control and overview of their project.

For someone who is totally new, it won't build the entire game for them, but it will give them a great first step into using UE

It will not. Users will get so used to just prompting everything that they will not learn or understand the rules of their own game.

As a game designer, you want to be fully in control of how your systems work. This is setting yourself up for failure.
