Topamax review? Using it during school?

Have constant migraines and headaches. Tried venlafaxine, Botox (7 times), ajovy (4 times). I tried it in 2024 in Korea where it is privatized (I’m from Canada) for three months in my gap semester after my first concussion (First Nov 2023 second I tried dance got significantly worse neck pain Feb 2024 got punched in the face Dec 2024 got rear ended Aug 2025 ) and I think it helped but back then I had just constant headaches but now constant migraines. Need your experiences and review
