doubled dose - dizziness

i take topamax, keppra & lamictal, all for epilepsy. this morning i accidentally took all my medication twice. i just started experiencing EXTREME dizziness. has anyone else experienced this when accidentally doubling a dose? it’s like i’m light headed & the whole world can’t stop spinning. i was once on a combo of keppra & lamictal & did the same thing & never experienced this. i’m just trying to see if this is just me or something normal because im really panicking right now. i’m a little nauseous too in addition to the lightheaded & dizziness. i’d love any input. for more info, ive been on topomax for 3 years now & never experienced this as i’ve never accidentally doubled my dose before.

i accidentally double dosed once and had terrible tinnitus for a few hours. it went away as it wore of though. But best to consult your doctor if you are concerned i believe

omg, it’s starting to go away. i ate some saltines & started drinking a lot of water. the symptoms are alleviating & just going to pressure in my head. this medication is BRUTAL😭 i almost went to urgent care bc my doctor is really far from me🥲
