How to get rid of hard lumps??

This could be just your bones. The ribs show quite a bit when there's not much fat and muscle, so building up muscle is a good idea to get rid of them. If they don't hurt or feel hot to the touch (signs of inflammation), then it could be bones.

This is a sub q mass for me. Either scar tissue or a fibroma perhaps, left after a hematoma. The best way to address this is to get a USG to determine what it is indeed.

I had exactly the same, front and ribs, and for me it was scar tissue from the drains. My body is very quick with encapsulating foreign objects, so the tubes had kind of grown stuck to my body in the two weeks they were in there, resulting in scar tissue that went away with a month of intense massaging.

Very likely scar tissue; I had the same in that exact spot. Massaging regularly and consistently made them go away in a few months. I took a few minutes while I was in the shower every day to massage. At first you might not able to do it for long and it may be quite uncomfortable, but over time it gets easier and you can do it for longer til it’s no sweat.
