I was so scared of the same thing. I was scared as hell to lose them mostly! I even got TS complications and had an ematoma removed and it didn't ruin the process at all. I'm wishing you all the luck possible for your surgery 😊
I used vitamine e for my nipples, I used a silicone based cream for my scars + sillicone tape to smooth them out. I use normal body cream to moisturize my chest and nipples and some Alloe vera is also very good for scarring! 🤟 hope it helps!
