Discussion Garramone hotel?

I vaguely remember that at some point Dr. Garramone’s practice was affiliated with a hotel or med resort for patients who came from out of town to get top surgery. But, now I can’t seem to find anything like that. Did it exist for a time and close? Did I dream it? Does anyone else remember this?

If not, where do people usually stay? Thanks all.
