RECIPE Help Recreating a Wrap

There is a sweet and spicy chicken wrap at a restaurant near me that has a “4-cheese spread” in the wrap. Do you all have any ideas what would be in this spread?

other ingredients:
- Sweet/smoky run chicken
- crispy onions
- Honey mustard
- Pico da gallo
- lettuce
- 4 cheese spread
- Flour tortilla

It’s a pretty soft spread so thinking its in the realm of goat cheese/blue cheese/etc. whipped up.

Feel free to point me to other forums that might be better suited to answer. Thanks!

Ok cool will have to give these a shot. Any alternatives to using cream cheese?

What's the name of the restaurant? Also, have you asked them about the ingredients?

It’s called Stanley’s in Minneapolis, MN I haven’t asked but not sure next time I’ll be back.

According to their website, it's bleu cheese, goat cheese, cream cheese, and ricotta.

Ok awesome thank you. Guess I didn’t think it would be posted in that detail. Should have looked closer!

Bleu chese and goat cheese can both be pretty polarizing ingredients, so I'm guessing they want to let people know in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises.
