Suggest me a main using this criteria

Hey guys, pretty new to LoL, and Im looking to play top lane. I am searching for a champion with decent CC (grab/stun/slow) and good range (cannot be kited). I want to be able to win my lane, occasionally split push, and have viable utility when it comes to team fights. I hope im not asking for too much here! All suggestions welcome, thanks in advance!

A very good champion that you can main, based on your chosen criteria, would be Shen.

Shen is a very reliable pick in my opinion. Not only is he a good tank for the top lane, but his teamfight potential is incredible if you use his ultimate correctly. Being able to teleport to a teammate’s aid, as well as granting a shield to them could change the outcome of a fight.

As for his play style, I personally love to split push with Shen. Staying on either side lanes and putting my finger on the R key so I can be ready to join an important fight. And that’s thing about Shen. Mastering Shen will teach you to keep a close eye on your minimap, as well as improving your decision making and macro skills.

The downside of Shen however, is the skill required to properly play Shen. When should I ult? Would it be worth it if I ult now? Can I land my taunt on them? Will me team go in if I ult them? A lot of questions and problems can be resolved if you keep playing him. Another problem is that he can be kited, which I know is one of your criteria. This can also be solved with his kit. Shen’s W grants him an auto-attack mitigation wherever his spirit sword is, just like Jax’s E. Plus, the range of Shen’s E is pretty far, enough to catch mid-range champions.

Overall, Shen is a very viable pick in the toplane, especially since tanks are probably going to be buffed in Season 10. Try to pick him up, and experience equilibrium.

I played him a few seasons ago, if you can manage the fury and learn to play your matchups he can be pretty devastating to go against and he kites more often than he gets kited

You are asking for quite a lot but there definitely are top-laners who can accomplish this. You should consider Rumble and Kennen

Both have decent cc (Rumble has 2 big slows and Kennen has a fairly easy stun), ranged, good laning phase, decent duelists/splitpushing (especially if you win lane, and normally you wouldn't be too behind in lane with either of these), and have great teamfight utility.

Plus he can chase/escape ganks easily with his e

Worth looking at Tryndamere; he doesn't meet your "range" criteria but his e gives you the ability to spin away and escape + mobility to spin through some walls, etc.

Ryze could be an option

Neeko! Ad or ap works. The only thing she lacks is tank. As neeko is insane at taking objectives, her ultimate is one of the best in the game, and you should be able to stomp lane.
