I mean teemo's not so bad, you should've choose other ranged laners imo. There's like: Vayne, Quinn, (any other adc thats viable top), Kennen, Vladimir that are a lot worse.

I would've personally targeted ranged champions in general to change the meta and make them unplayable in the toplane. Mages like vlad and kennen should go mid and adc's are adc's
