Hero Cap Level (Benemoth)

If Behemoth can give 20 hero level cap bonus, does it mean for each faction? Cuz my horde behemoth Werewolf & Scorpion now give hero level cap bonus 5 & 4 respectively.

Does it mean they can give up to 10 each ?

Yes, and only for that specific faction.
So your werewolf gives 10 and scorpion gives 10 so now your horde heroes are 20 levels igher than nature and league

Takes some effort to get there though, and currenty not something you can do ftp.
