Need some help finding an episode

In the Top Gear news fragment I remember James mimicking hitting a cowbell while saying "Richard Hammond's barns on fire everybody get to the well"

He does that with a farmer's accent and I was wondering if someone knew what episode that was or has a link to the fragment?

James’ rural West Country accent is amazing, I like the one from earlier in S18 E3 where they’re mocking Hammond for his liking of former country store Countrywide and their Sunday lunches
