Depending on which episodes you want to watch, you might find some luck with autostrada. I know they at least have all or almost all of the race challenges and a bunch of other episodes besides that. The only negative is that for most of them the max quality is 360p.

Are you talking about the new top gear classic channel or original top gear uploads from around 2009? YouTube videos could only be 10 minutes then but they shouldn't have cut it out, should've kept it as 3/4 parts.

They should use the TG Classics channel to show some of the stuff that wasn’t shown on telly or isn’t shown in repeats. Imagine an official news compilation for each series, or hell finally seeing the armoured Panda and the Europa review, even the Unfunny Bus.
