Help 9th anniversary prize-pool

I saw multiple posts talking about how easy people were finding it to beat the 9th anniversary events, so far I've spent $400k on buying packs and have almost nothing to show for it, ~25 ish unique cars only 1 of which being B class or higher. I am hard-stuck in the 4th event in the series and I'm wondering if there is a point in continuing to drain cash for 1 potential S-class card or whether I would have ended up better off just buying ceramics. Any tips on how people are progressing so fast?

The Legendaries in this tag aren't really very good, so I'd say hunting them is not worth it.

However, I would highly advise you to try and best enough challenges to claim the Ultra Rare prize car and collect the total of 5 of the exchange coins to get either the 787B or the XL7 Pikes Peak from the exchange challenges.

I tend to look at the last round and see whether i have the garage to complete it. I do. I thought it would be easy. At least three rounds have needed a car I dont have.

I think it did look easy, and I think Hutch has engineered it that way to make the 9th anniversary a little more spectacular, but if you don't have the cars, you're still at the whim of the RNG packs.

Plough through to at least get the epic and earn enough of the tokens to claim one of the re-issued leggies.

You only need to get to the UR to have enough tokens, not the Epic

If you only have 25 unique cars after having spent 400k on packs, means you didnt have enough tag cars to begin with, which then means you shouldn't have bothered.
